Refund Policy
Refund policy:
1) For
less that 30 days, receive full purchase price paid for product(s).
Installation, Shipping and all associated Credit Card Charges will be
withheld.
Must be returned in original box with all instructions and
miscellaneous parts in suitable condition for resale to receive full
refund.
2) All returns (returned in original box with all instructions and
miscellaneous parts) over 30 days old are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. For any ancillary items missing there will be a 30% restocking
fee.
3) All returns after 60 days will be refunded at the STR Buy Back price.
4) Items on Sale
Refunds for items bought on sale are limited to the STR Buy Back price.
There are no refunds for items bought on eBay.
