STR Service options while awaiting the various
Titan UCS Large Scale Decoders

The QSI Titan UCS AC & DC are due to be out in the Summer-Fall, i.e. Sept.-Oct. 2011.
The QSI Titan UCS-M is due to be out in the Winter, i.e. Oct.-Nov. 2011.
During this period STR will continue offering full repair and upgrade service on the older QSI Sound System products along with two special offers.
Have any repair or upgrade performed to keep your loco(s) operating.
1) When the desired UCS AC, DC, or -M becomes available, receive a credit on the hardware previously purchased to keep it running. This will be applied as a credit toward the purchase of the appropriate UCS at the then current price. See the discount schedule below.
2) Pay in full for a new Titan UCS or a UCS-M at the pre-ship price. This purchase will cover the repair and/or work to keep your loco running. The purchased product will become available to you when it arrives. You will get to choose self install or STR install.
The purchaser will receive the paid for unit in the first batch delivered.
Shipping and Optional Installation are additional.
Discount schedule for those who have paid upgrade work in the recent past.
The eligible fees are limited to the cost of the parts paid.
a) For the period back from Release to 3 months, 85%
b) For the period back from Release 4 months to 6 months, 65%
c) For the period back from Release 7 months to 9 months, 25%
d) For the period back from Release 10 months to 12 months, 15%

When you have a non working QSI equipped locomotives serviced, pay just this price for a Titan and receive the repair free, both service and hardware, except batteries.
When your Titan comes in, you will be notified.
To reserve a Titan, and lock in your price, order with a deposit of $50.
To reserve a Titan, without locking in your price, order with a deposit of $1.
The above prices are estimates, not sanctioned by QSI.
Reserved Titans without a deposit will be subject to any upward price adjustments.
All reserved Titans will be subject to any downward price adjustments.
All deposits are non-refundable.
